This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on DigiGrowth.

By purchasing any product from DigiGrowth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


1. Nature of Digital Products

DigiGrowth sells digital products only.

These products include but are not limited to:

  • marketing lead databases

  • digital templates

  • scripts and marketing resources

  • content vaults

  • video and reel assets

  • digital tools and downloadable resources

All products are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipping.

Once payment is successfully completed, customers typically receive instant access to the purchased product.


2. No Refunds After Delivery


Due to the intangible and instantly accessible nature of digital goods, all sales on DigiGrowth are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

Therefore:

  • We do not offer refunds after a product has been delivered.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • We do not offer refunds if the customer no longer needs the product.

  • We do not offer refunds if the customer misunderstood the product description.

  • We do not offer refunds after digital files have been accessed or downloaded.


3. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing.

Before making a purchase, customers should:

  • read the product description carefully

  • review product features and contents

  • ensure the product suits their needs

If you have any questions about a product, you should contact support before completing the purchase.


4. Exceptions (Limited Situations)

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Payment-

If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same product.


Technical Delivery Failure-


If a product cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.


Incorrect Product Delivery-


If a customer receives a product that is completely different from what was purchased.


In such cases, customers must contact support within 48 hours of purchase.


5. Lead Database Products

Some DigiGrowth products include business or marketing lead databases.

Due to the nature of these products:

  • access to the data is considered full delivery of the product

  • once the database has been accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued

Customers acknowledge that:

  • DigiGrowth does not guarantee marketing results

  • the effectiveness of marketing campaigns depends on user strategy and execution

Refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance or expectations.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a digital product is considered a violation of these Terms.

If a chargeback is filed after delivery:

  • we reserve the right to submit transaction records, download logs, and communication history to the payment processor

  • customer access to DigiGrowth products may be permanently restricted

  • the user may be blacklisted from future purchases

We strongly encourage customers to contact support to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.


7. Fraud Prevention

DigiGrowth reserves the right to:

  • refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud

  • cancel suspicious transactions

  • restrict access to customers who violate policies

Fraudulent activities include but are not limited to:

  • attempting to download products and request refunds

  • sharing purchased files publicly

  • purchasing with the intention of redistributing content


8. Cancellation Policy

Since DigiGrowth products are digital downloads with instant access, orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase has been completed.

Customers should ensure they want the product before proceeding with payment.
